In addition to the fact that it is a renewable energy source, wood is a building material that participates in sustainable development.

98% of the log is used, unlike the sawmills technique, which only uses 50%. Only 15kwh/m³ is consumed, as opposed to 180kwh/ m³ for concrete. The use of local wood is particularly economical on road freight energy.
